Future Blogs – Blogs you can expect this year

Can you believe I have been a blogger for almost 6 months now? When I thought about that this morning, I knew I had to write another blog, even though I just posted. In this blog I want to let you know what types of blogs are in store for you for the rest of 2023, as well as how you can help me turn a dream into a reality. I’m so excited for the future, and I hope you are too. So, let’s see what’s in store.

Fitness

This one is obvious. I want to continue blogging about my fitness journey because it’s great accountability for me. I have mentioned that I want to start a YouTube channel, and I will put a lot of my fitness journey on there, but I still plan to blog about it as well. There is a challenge that I want to try, but it might wait till next year, as I want to make sure that I know what I’m doing with my channel. I want to document it and put it on YouTube. My fitness blogs will be once a month and document how I’m doing, while the YouTube channel will be filled with me trying different challenges.

I am also really excited about a blog coming out later this month. I will be blogging about my experience training and running in my first 10k run. This will, to date, be the longest run I will have done. Hopefully, in future years, I can blog about marathon training. That is the goal. Why? Why not. I want to run a marathon just so I can say I did.

Mental Health

Again, I am not an expert on mental health and future blogs will continue to be my own experience with my own mental health. It’s such an important topic and I want to continue to talk about it. The goal is to inspire others and to be a friend for anyone who needs to talk. I wish I could fix the problem, but I know that’s impossible. However, I can be someone to grab a coffee with and talk. I know that there are lots of people who are keeping the conversation going. “Break the stigma” is used a lot, and I aim to make sure that it’s a conversation that’s had. Who knows. Maybe one day I can interview someone who is an expert on mental health. Goals? Maybe.

Did you know?

Now, to be clear, these are not going to be what you think. I’m not going to blog about random facts. Not my thing, though they may make the odd appearance. No, the goal will be to bring attention to places you may not know about. I want to be able to sit down with people and talk about their business, and help them get noticed a bit more. Of course, I will need your help, but more on that later. I have three businesses in mind that I want to chat with and blog about. To be clear, I will only blog about those that want the interview. These blogs will consist of mostly small local businesses. I did one for the hotel I work for, as it is a small independent business. I’ll link that blog below for you to check out.

Reviews

These blogs will be interesting. I will be reviewing products that I try, places that I go to, and experiences that I have. I did one recently on the candlelight concert that I went to. Seeing as I want to try a bunch of new things, this will encourage me to do so. I want to review the Arbonne products that I use/sell as well. I’m just trying to be a bit more consistent with actually using them right now, but one will be coming out this month, so keep an eye out. I am thinking of reviewing places I eat at, but I’ll have to think about that some more. Let me know in the comments below what you think.

Recipes

I know that one of my readers requested these blogs and I’m sorry that I have not been more consistent with these. I will do another soon. I just need to actually be consistent with cooking. I’ll blog about different meal plan recipes that I tried and put the recipes in those blogs so that you can try them. I also need to remember to take pictures for the next one, as the one that I did do was lacking. Warning, I don’t always make “pretty” food. Maybe I’ll work at it. We will have to see how that turns out.

Other

The future will also have an assortment of other blogs. I’m going to Newfoundland in July and I definitely will be blogging about that. There will be so many new experiences there. I am also so excited about the places I am going to eat at, or at least I hope to eat at. My friend and I are both seafood lovers, and the idea of fresh seafood is super exciting. I hope to put out some more hiking blogs as well. I’m putting together a special friendship blog, so keep an eye out for that this week.

Now for your part

Okay, as promised, I want to let you know how you can help. First, let me throw out a huge thank you for everyone who has been supporting me up to this point. I am blown away every time I get a comment, or someone talks to me in person about my blogs and what they thought. So, if you want to continue to support me, here is how. Keep reading. Subscribe to the blogs. Share them with friends and family. Follow the blogs social media accounts. Let me know what kind of blogs you enjoy, and if there is a type that you would like to see in the future.

I hope to make this a full time thing, which means more consistent blogs for you. However, I can’t do that just yet. So, if you want to support me financially, help this blog gain more traffic. As you have noticed, unless you have adblock, I have ads on my site. I do get paid a small amount if you click on these ads and check them out. However, if I get enough traffic to my site, enough subscribers, I can move into a different form of advertising where companies pay me to put their ads on my page. I need to be a lot more popular first. Another way is to purchase Arbonne products from me. If you have me as your consultant, I do get a small commission from your purchases. If you have a consultant already, please don’t leave them for me.

Let’s wrap this up

So, in conclusion, this is how you can help. If you are interested in Arbonne products, or read a future review on them and want to try, use my link to purchase them. Follow me on social media and share my blogs so I can get more traffic. Check out some of the ads, and take down your adblock for my site. I do look forward to the day when I start getting paid regularly for my blogs. And if you’re wondering why I haven’t gotten paid yet, Google Ads only pays you when you make your threshold, which they establish. Mine is $100 and I have not reached that yet. Trust me, you will know when I do.

And these are the blogs you can expect to see from me in the future. I am excited to continue this journey with all of you and see where it takes us. I’m also excited to grow it with my YouTube channel. I do understand that there are people out there who just do not enjoy blogs, but spend hours on YouTube. Perhaps that is how I can grow. Again, thank you for your support and I hope to have a big enough following by the end of the year to do some fun things for all of you. I tried doing a contest to give out a prize pack earlier this year, but I am not quite popular enough, so that went nowhere. Maybe by the end of this year I can try again. Until the next blog, remember, anything can happen if you try.
