Eat and Workout Like Lele Pons

Sorry this blog is so late. Honestly, I have just felt bleh this week and the desire to do anything other than lay in bed is not there. But, laying in bed won’t write this blog or get me moving in the direction of making more money. So, here we go. Let me tell you about how my week went with the challenge to eat and workout like Lele Pons.

Who is Lele Pons

I honestly had to look her up because I was like I have never heard of this person. To be honest, I don’t think they portrayed who she was properly on Superhero Jacked. All I saw on there was that she was an Instagram Influencer. But apparently she’s an actress and YouTuber. That should be there as she is found in the celebrity category and I don’t think an influencer should be called a celebrity.

Eat and Workout Like Lele Pons – The Workouts

Now, I’ll be honest. I did one of her workouts all week. That’s it. I know what you’re thinking. Another failure. Not quite. You see, I didn’t do her workouts, but I did do 4 or 5 workouts last week. And I had fun doing the workouts that I did. And isn’t the point of this challenge to workout and eat better? One thing I’ve noticed a lot with following celebrity workouts is that I simply don’t have the equipment needed to do them completely successfully. But you decide – did I fail or did I succeed because I was still working out 5 days a week like Lele Pons does?

Eat and Workout Like Lele Pons – The Food

So, this part I will say was a failure. When I looked on Superhero Jacked it said that she simply ate healthy foods. No guidance or meal plan to follow or be inspired by. And apparently when I don’t have guidance, I do terrible. So, the food wasn’t perfect, I ate a lot of unhealthy things, and I can tell that my body isn’t happy with me. It was getting all this great food and exercise and I just completely let it down last week with food. Can I get back on the wagon this week, or is this the domino that takes me out?

The Week Overall

Now, I do have to give myself some grace. It was a crazy work week and I had to put in some extra night shifts because one of the night staff was away for a few days. So I was lucky to fit in my workouts. Cooking healthy meals at home just was not in my personal capacity to complete. And you know what, we all have our ups and downs. This was one tiny hiccup in the grand scheme of things. We get up, dust ourselves off, and go from there.

Eat and Workout Like Lele Pons – Final Thoughts

It wasn’t the best week, but it wasn’t the worst week. I enjoyed the workouts that I did, but they weren’t her workouts. Again, you decide if that’s a failure or not. The food was definitely a failure, and I do want to get back on the ball with that. This means I need to be more intentional with the food I eat. Spoiler, I’ve been eating a lot of cookies this week. Oops. There’s time to improve though, so we focus on that. Will I try this for another month? I’ll decide once this week is over. Maybe I will, or maybe I’ll try a different challenge I have in mind. Anything is possible as long as I try.
